I have moved 18 times in my life time. Five of those times were to different continents. So I guess you can call me a pro. Here are some of my tips to make it quick and easy:
Pack heavy things in small boxes.
Pack light things in big boxes.

Cutting down, living large.
Moving makes me long for a cabin out in the woods somewhere with about 3 changes of clothes (bathing suit, winter, summer) and nothing for entertainment but my husband, my dogs and books.
It’s hard to legitimize purchasing anything after seeing how many books, shoes, dresses, kitchen supplies and DVDs we own. I heard a show on NPR one time about a family that decided to downsize and take...

Yeah, remember that wedding dance video I posted yesterday? Well, almost 1.5 million views in four days. Apparently I wasn’t the only person to share it on the internet. Congrats to the happy couple who did it in ernest, not viral bait. That’s what made us feel good in the first place.
