Best & Worst at the 2011 Golden Globes
I loved this red carpet. I thought everyone (with a few exceptions) looked elegant, venue-appropriate and the expected stand-outs delivered. When this kind of red carpet luck happens, it raises the bar for all the attendees. What may have been “best dressed” on a more lackluster red carpet now falls to “boring”—a place no one wants to be.

A Story.
Yesterday was the worst day of my entire life. Our lives. I have known heartbreak, loss, hurt and pain. These things are not entirely foreign to me and I have not been insulated from them or sheltered away.
But, the pain of forever losing a pet who has been, for me, my best friend, confidante, companion, playmate, bedmate, snugglebug, comforter—well, it was almost too much to bear.
