I watched Stolen last night. It’s a documentary about the Isabella Gardner museum heist, in which about $500 million worth of art was stolen by two men disguised as policemen. There is a lot of intrigue around the case, with fingers being pointed at the IRA and Boston mob figures. A Boston Globe reporter who tracked the case for years claims to have seen one of the stolen paintings after being picked up by a car and driven to a warehouse district.
