What’s the Most Romantic…
City: Brandon and I have both traveled to Europe, but not together! Boo! But, if I could take him anywhere with me, it would be Hydra—an island off the Greek coast. Very romantic indeed!
Country: France. Everything about the country is romantic: the food, the language, the arts, the cities—even the clothing is romantic.
Song: LOVE by Nat King Cole.
Movie: I’m going to steal Tanya’s answer and say You’ve Got Mail also. It’s such a classic. Another favorite is While You Were Sleeping.
Room in the house: Bedroom!
Time of day: Sunset.
Writer: I really dislike authors who actively strive to be “romantic” writers (i.e. Nicholas Sparks). It comes off so contrived and unrealistic. I guess if I had to choose a writer who uses romantic themes—it would be Jane Austen.
Scent: Whenever I smell Moschino’s “I Love Love” fragrance, it reminds me of when Brandon and I first met.
Sentence in English: I’d rather view romance through action than words. Anyone can say “I love you.” I want to see it and feel it.
Gift you’ve given: His wedding band.
Gift you’ve received: My engagement ring and wedding band.
What about you?
