I am on a hunt for a blousey, 3/4 length, cotton, anthropology style white t-shirt. I have these adorable {short} shorts and feel like I need a heavier top to help balance them out. Been searching all over and nada!

I know exactly what you mean. I think the proportions of longer sleeves/blousy tops with shorts look really great.
