My very favorite maternity leggings were from Forever 21’s now-defunct maternity line (RIP), but these from ASOS are only $20 and look pretty darn comfy.
Where can I find affordable, plain tees to wear with black leggings? I can never find shirts that are long enough to REALLY cover my butt!
If you can’t get to an H&M (they have a gazillion tunic-length basic tees), ASOS is the next best thing. They tend to cut everything pretty long and it’s all affordable.

I’ve also found that Gap tops tend to run a little long (take a look at this one, for instance) and once Aerie starts carrying their late summer/fall stuff, they’ll have more tunic-length options.
One last thing: I’ve heard good things about Victoria’s Secret tees and tunics but don’t own any. Check out this tunic and this short-sleeved one.
