Forever 21’s Relaxed Fit Racerback Tanks are my new favorite basic summer top. It’s a simple tank, but the fit is perfectly slouchy and they look great worn with skinny jeans, shorts, tucked into skirts—whatever. I have black, dark gray, light gray and white. (Neutrals forever.) They’re also 2 for $10. (!)
