I read about Thread Sence on Cheap Chicas (a great fashion blog, by the way—and congrats to Lilliana for her mention in Lucky’s February issue).
Thread Sence, started by the people behind Ruche, is more of an urban collection than their flagship (which is mostly vintage-inspired). It’s still affordable, and even though there’s not a lot of product for sale yet, keep your eyes open for new stuff!
Tubular Scarf, $14; Two-Finger Ring, $12; Faded Gray Leggings, $30

The wonderful people over at Lucky magazine featured this nifty layering two cardigans how-to on their website. Of course, since they’re Lucky-freaking-magazine, the cardigans ran in the $100-$200 range for the most part. Unacceptable! Try this instead:

The left-hand cardigan goes on first. The right-hand cardigan goes on second.

Top: Ruffle Cardigan ($25) + Sequin Bow Cardigan ($25)

Bottom: Long-sleeved Ruffle Collar Cardigan ($35) + Sequined-Shoulder Cardigan ($25)

I love fashion magazines—especially Lucky, Elle, Vogue, Glamour…okay, I love them all unabashedly. The glossy photos, crisp pages and perfume-y smell are like my fashion crack. I can’t get enough!
If Lucky suggests cuffed skinny jeans, who am I to argue? Now, if you’re a thrifty shopper like myself, you’ll simply roll up the hem on a pair of skinny jeans you already own.
But, if you’d rather the manufacturer do all the cuffing work for you, here’s several pairs to choose from.

Twiggy Skinny Jeans - $209

Paige Denim Skinny Jeans - $169

Blank NYC Cuffed Jeans - $55

Express “Zelda” - $79

Rewind Jeans Cuffed Skinnies - $30

P.S. If you need some ideas on how to wear cuffed skinnies, check out how the ladies on Weardrobe do it.
